Associate Professor, Director of Education
Lisa Carney Anderson is an Associate Professor in the Department of Integrative Biology and Physiology at the University of Minnesota where she also serves as the Director of Education. She teaches undergraduate physiology majors, nursing anesthesia students, and serves as one of the physiology thread directors in the School of Medicine’s SERVE curriculum. She studies retrieval and reflection as techniques to improve student learning. Dr. Anderson was inducted into the Academy for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning in 2025.
